Recommended adult dosage WARNING: When taken in excess of 8000IU vitamin

healthcare professional. Take one tablet daily with food or as recommended
by your healthcare professional. The recommended adult daily amount of
Vitamin A from all sources is 2500IU. This product contains ingredients
derived from seafood including shellfish. This product contains selenium
which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 100mcg of selenium from
dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Selenium containing products are
not suitable for use by children under the age of 15 years. Vitamin
supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains lactose. No added
yeast, gluten, artificial colours, artificial fl avours or artificial
sweeteners.
