Directions

How to use:
Young adults 13 years and older chew two capsules daily with food, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. For children under 13 years use Nature's Own- Clever Kids- squirtlets.
These capsules can be chewed and swallowed, however if preferred, the fruit-flavoured capsule coating can be discarded after chewing as the liquid inside contains the nutrients.
