Balanced B Complex assists in the metabolism of food into energy and may be
beneficial during times of increased dietary demand.
Features and benefits
- Converts food into energy
- Supports a healthy nervous system
- Small tablet, easy to swallow
How it works
The B group of vitamins plays an essential role in the metabolic
processes of all living cells by serving as coenzymes in the processing of
carbohydrates, proteins and fats to produce energy. This group of vitamins
are water soluble. Most water-soluble vitamins are not stored in large
amounts by the body. This makes their regular consumption necessary.
B vitamins are also necessary for normal function and maintenance of the
nervous system. Stress increases the requirements for the vitamin B group. B
group deficiencies can occur from over-indulgence in alcohol and from
inadequate supply in the diet.
